Since, medical expenses are relatively very high and people having low income source cannot afford such expensive medical treatments. To overcome this, in India, there are several health insurance schemes created for below poverty line people run by State Government to avail the medical treatment free of cost and this is knows as mass policy schemes. Paramount is one of the pioneers in developing stem to stern software applications including real time synchronization of admission, discharge transactions through biometric software into customized developed software for pre-authorization and claim adjudication processes. We have almost 6 states where we have been servicing such scheme through our own in house developed software application. All our applications are State specific mass policies having different set of benefits rules. Out of above outlined six states, we have 100% present in one of them where no other Third Party Administrator is allowed to be servicing such policy on such a huge scale.
